When you go to the hospital and think that you might possibly want a visit from our pastor, please remember to list our church Wells United Methodist Church specifically, by name, when you are asked your religious affiliation upon admission to the hospital.
In addition, please give permission to release this information, & volunteer this information when you are asked during the admission process so that the hospital in turn can make it available to us.
Also, please directly contact pastor Michael Terrell at home, 518-863-8784 when you or a loved one are ready, or about to be in a hospital. What you give us, plus the information the hospital will be able to give us, following the new federal HIPPA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) regulations concerning patient confidentiality, will ensure that you will be able to be visited by us.
