Worship
(Please note that we are on our Summer schedule. We will return to worship at 10:30 starting Sunday September 7th, 2008.)

Infant care is provided year-round. Junior Church for children three years old through second grade is provided during the worship service during the school year.

There is a Coffee Hour after the worship service from September through June.

There are special worship services on Ash Wednesday, Maundy Thursday and Good Friday. We typically have candlelight services on Christmas Eve at 3:00 PM, 7:00 PM and 11:00 PM.

The sacrament of Holy Communion is observed on the first Sunday of each month, on Ash Wednesday, Maundy Thursday and at the 11:00 PM service on Christmas Eve.

Office Information

Office Hours are Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9:00 a.m to noon.

Any messages left on the answering machine will be returned during office hours.
Baptism

The sacrament of Baptism is available upon request. Please contact the pastor for more information or to make arrangements.
Christian Education

From September through June at 9:00 AM Sunday school classes are offered for ages three years through adult. he United Methodist Youth Fellowship meets on the 2nd and 4th Sundays at 6:30 PM. Additional adult study groups meet from time to time.
Choir

The choir practices on Sunday mornings at 9:15. You are invited to share your talents with us.
Joining Pine Grove United Methodist Church

Membership in Pine Grove United Methodist Church is open to all who desire. Persons may be received into membership through profession of faith or certificate of transfer. You are invited to speak to the pastor for details.
Community Involvement

Our facilities are used by various community organizations including: Co-op Nursery School, Scouting programs, Antique Auto Club, Twelve Step Programs, WIC and others.

We participate in various community, national and international outreach programs through special offerings as needed and such programs as Volunteers in Mission.

We also host occasional Community Dinners which are offered free to the general public.

Our Used Clothing Store serves the community in two ways:

Good used clothing is available to people on limited income
The income from the store supports local missions.
