Faith United Methodist Church is a growing and active congregation located in the City of Schenectady, New York. We are theologically diverse, yet come together in our common purpose to serve others.
The congregation at Faith UMC is active in many ways in serving our neighbors. Members participate in the ministries of Schenectady Inner City Ministries (SICM), Northeast Regional Food Bank, Salvation Army Soup Kitchen, Home Furnishings Program, and Bethesda House. In addition, Faith serves as a host site for the (SICM) Free Summer Lunch Program, and sponsors Music at the Crossroads, a free summer concert series.
We serve the greater Schenectady area, with members coming to us from Niskayuna, Rotterdam, Scotia, Glenville, Colonie, and Guilderland, as well as Schenectady itself.
